Onsite Affordable Housing Manager
Asset Living
Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financials while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in affordable housing programs and may hold CAM/ARM certifications, with strong on-site leadership and budgeting abilities.
