Pay: $28.53 – $38.05 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Industrial Maintenance Technicians – We Want to Hear From You!

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing facility in Boulder, CO.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys solving problems, diagnosing equipment failures, and keeping production operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, fillers, labelers, and other production machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
Perform routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures.
Support basic facility maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Collaborate with production teams and engineering personnel to resolve equipment issues.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience maintaining or repairing industrial machinery and production equipment.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment problems.
Experience performing preventive maintenance.
Ability to read and follow technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and motor controls.
Electrical troubleshooting or electrical certification.
Experience with pneumatic systems, pumps, motors, and conveyors.
Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.
Experience with HVAC and facility maintenance.
Familiarity with SAP maintenance documentation.
Thermography certification.
