• Active New York State license required
• Certification through ASCP or AMT
• Experience as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Technician, or similar generalist laboratory background
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a high-volume laboratory setting
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology
• Prepare specimens and operate complex laboratory equipment with precision
