What You’ll Do As a Preschool Teacher at Higher Learning Academy, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and stimulating classroom environment. Your days will be filled with opportunities to inspire curiosity, foster creativity, and encourage a love for learning. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child’s unique needs. Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining clear and open communication with parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and equipped with engaging materials. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Preschool Teacher who brings both heart and experience to the classroom. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience working with young children in an educational setting. A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children, families, and colleagues. Creativity, patience, and a positive attitude to handle the joys and challenges of working with preschoolers.
