Salary: $117,000 - 157,000 per year Requirements:

An engineering degree is preferred, with Mechanical Engineering considered ideal.
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
Proficiency with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
Experience with technical drawings, bills of materials, cost estimating, tooling, or product development.
Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Customer-facing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers, sales, vendors, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements and develop practical design solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations covering material and labor costs, tooling, pricing, and delivery estimates.
Create engineering sketches, production and component drawings, purchase specifications, and bills of materials.
Manage changes to manufacturing drawings.
Coordinate the transition of new products and tooling to the production floor.
Work with manufacturing to ensure products meet specifications, cost targets, and customer deadlines.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase production efficiency.
