Our client has launched several exciting new products, and they’re looking for a Field Application Specialist who loves solving problems, working hands‑on with instruments, and helping customers get the most out of their lab technology.

You’ll be the go‑to expert for cutting‑edge diagnostic instrumentation used in labs across 120+ countries. Think: big impact, tons of variety, and a chance to work with reference labs, health systems, research institutions, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Jump in as the applications expert for instrumentation and assays
• Troubleshoot, train, and support customers and distributors
• Team up with Account Managers to run demos and successful implementations
• Lead local training sessions (yes, you get to teach!)
• Travel up to 50%—enough to keep things exciting, not enough to burn you out
• Be the workflow + functionality guru that customers rely on

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar field
• MLT or MLS/MT (ASCP) certification = a big plus
• At least 2 years working with lab or diagnostic equipment/instrumentation
• Hands‑on experience in lab tech? Even better
• A curious, technical mind and genuine interest in helping users succeed

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
