Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (PT) Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2+ years of outpatient PT experience preferred License: Active state PT license required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS certification required Must-Have: Must work two holiday blocks if scheduled or needed during the assignment Description: Confirmed there is only one need at this time. Travel pairs will not be considered. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks if scheduled or needed: Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after, and the weekend after. Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after. New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and the weekend after. Our services and innovative programs encompass a wide variety of conditions, from stroke recovery to recovery from orthopedic surgery. If you are an athlete, we can assist you in returning to your favorite sport. Our goal is to provide individualized care for a safe and effective recovery in the shortest period of time. Rehabilitation services provide outpatient care including: Arthritis treatment. Compression garment measurements. Craniosacral therapy. Ergonomics. Functional capacity evaluations. Gait disturbances. Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for Parkinson's. Lymphedema treatment. Neurological disorders treatment. Occupational therapy for upper extremities. Orthopedic rehabilitation. Orthotic fabrications (temporary and permanent). Pelvic therapy for incontinence rehabilitation. Physical therapy. Post-concussion treatment. Post-surgical therapy. Splint fabrication. Speech therapy for language and swallowing disorders. Vestibular and balance services. Electronic medical records experience is expected. Requested time off during this assignment must be noted. Requests submitted after the application will not be approved. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted. Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. Travelers must have their own vehicle for this position. Any and all scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Scheduling requests made after the offer may lead to rescinded offers. One reference signed by a supervisor from within the past two years of employment is required. New Hampshire PT license or compact license must be submitted with the application.
