CDL-A Regional & OTR Drivers

Big16 Trucking | Earn 25% of Gross Revenue + Per Diem

Big16 Trucking is currently hiring motivated CDL-A drivers for Regional and OTR opportunities. Based in Illinois and operating nationwide, we offer a unique driver-focused approach that provides flexibility, strong earning potential, and the freedom to choose how often you want to run.

If you're looking for a company that values hard work, pays competitively, and gives drivers more control over their schedule, Big16 Trucking may be the right fit for you.

Pay & Compensation

Drivers earn:

25% of gross revenue on every completed load
$35 daily per diem
Average earnings of $5,000+ bi-weekly , based on performance and miles run
Consistent freight opportunities nationwide

Our pay structure is designed to reward drivers for their productivity and commitment on the road.

Equipment & Support

Big16 Trucking operates using a network of rental equipment partners throughout the country. This allows drivers access to dependable equipment while providing a major advantage when maintenance issues arise.

Benefits include:

Access to late-model equipment
Opportunities to choose available equipment in certain situations
Nationwide support network
Fast roadside assistance and equipment replacement when needed
Minimal downtime when unexpected issues occur

When equipment problems happen, our network allows us to get drivers back on the road quickly.

Routes & Home Time

Regional and OTR opportunities available
Nationwide operating area
Flexible scheduling options
Drivers determine whether they want to continue after each contract period

One of the most unique aspects of our operation is our employment structure. Drivers commit to a two-week contract period , after which they can:

Renew and continue running
Take time off
Return when ready, provided contractual obligations have been fulfilled

As long as you meet your commitments, you'll always have a seat waiting for you.

Driver Requirements

Valid CDL-A license
Safe driving record
Ability to operate throughout the continental United States
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Commitment to completing assigned contract periods

Why Drive for Big16 Trucking?

At Big16 Trucking, we believe in a simple philosophy:

"You Take Care Of Us, We Will Take Care Of You."

We understand that drivers want flexibility, respect, and the opportunity to earn what they're worth. That's why we've built a program that rewards performance, minimizes downtime, and gives drivers more control over their schedules than traditional trucking companies.

If you're looking for strong pay, flexibility, and a company that moves as fast as you do, apply today and join the Big16 Trucking team.
