  • Develop and maintain Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and partnership agreements.
  • Expand opportunities for participants through new partnerships and community collaborations.
  • Identify emerging labor market trends and training opportunities that align with participant goals.

Program Operations & Client Success

  • Ensure participants have access to appropriate education, training, internships, community service opportunities, and supportive services.
  • Conduct regular case conferences to address participant engagement and barrier-removal strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address service gaps and improve participant outcomes.
  • Support innovative strategies that increase engagement, retention, and progression.

Performance & Compliance

  • Monitor program performance, retention outcomes, and partnership effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in SEAMS and Fedcap CARES.
  • Prepare reports and maintain compliance with NYC HRA contractual requirements.
  • Address participant concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Partner, this is one of the strongest leadership roles in PACE because it combines people leadership, community engagement, workforce development, partnership building, and program strategy . That combination should be front and center in the posting rather than the compliance metrics. This version will likely attract stronger Community Partnerships Managers, Workforce Development Supervisors, Program Supervisors, and Nonprofit Leaders.
