Door County Kayak Tours, located in beautiful Sturgeon Bay, WI, is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of Door County Kayaking to guide our operations and ensure every tour is an unforgettable experience.

Our mission is to share the natural beauty of Door County through guided kayaking tours, fostering a love for exploration and the environment. As the Manager of Door County Kayaking, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kayaking tours.
- Managing and supporting a team of guides to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained, safe, and ready for use.
- Coordinating schedules and logistics to keep tours running smoothly.
- Upholding safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in management, outdoor recreation, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A love for the outdoors and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as this role includes handling equipment.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle the unique challenges of outdoor operations.

We currently offer subsidized housing in Sturgeon Bay which is a quick 15-minute drive to work.
