What You’ll Do As a master of your craft, you will:

• Build & Fuse: Create high-quality stainless steel machinery using GMAW and GTAW processes.

• Precision Engineering: Use blueprints, calipers, and squares to align complex assemblies.

• Problem Solve: Apply technical knowledge to prevent warping and ensure structural integrity.

• Drive Efficiency: Manage project timelines to deliver world-class results on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of expertise in GMAW/GTAW and blueprint reading.

• Adaptability: A quick learner who thrives on continuous improvement.

• Stamina: Ability to stand, kneel, and lift up to 60 lbs in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

• Availability: Willingness to work the 10-hour day shift and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

• Welding: Operate manual or semi-automatic equipment (GMAW/GTAW) in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.

• Fabrication: Layout, align, and secure parts using calipers, rulers, and squares.

• Quality Control: Monitor processes to prevent material warping, shrinking, or distortion.

• Maintenance: Set up tools and perform routine upkeep on welding equipment.

• Operations: Complete tasks within budget and on schedule while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
