Outpatient Neuro Physical Therapist Fulltime

Role: Outpatient Neuro Physical Therapist in the Physical Medicine department. Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, perform ongoing re-assessments, and manage discharge planning. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, build patient relationships, and seek continuous improvement in patient experience. Take initiative for professional growth and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, current Basic Life Support certification, valid Texas license or temporary license, and at least 1 year of licensed PT experience. Excellent communication skills, accountability, and eagerness to build a team are essential.
