How you’ll make an impact in this role
Clinical & Treatment Support: Collaborated with Physicians and APPs to facilitate patient examinations, performing supervised clinical duties and treatments while documenting encounters, diagnoses, and follow-up instructions with high accuracy.
Patient Monitoring & Documentation: Conducted patient interviews and measured vital signs, ensuring all clinical data and provider orders—including laboratory, radiology, and medication requests—were precisely recorded in patient charts.
Facility & Room Management: Maintained a sterile and organized clinical environment by preparing treatment rooms for examinations and managing the stocking and ordering of essential medical supplies.
Administrative Coordination: Streamlined daily operations by performing clerical duties, managing patient records, and handling multi-line phone communications to ensure seamless patient flow and office efficiency.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking
One year of Registered Certified Medical Assistant experience.
Phlebotomy and immunizations experience.
