Construction Controller - Metro Atlanta Who: Strong Stable Company What: Controller Opportunity When: Position is open for immediate hire. Salary: Base, Bonus, Pension, Outstanding benefits and generous PTO Position Overview The Controller will lead the accounting function for a growing construction firm, driving accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Perform job costing, WIP reporting, and AIA billing Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership on financial strategy Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and insurance requirements Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate payroll and benefits reporting Qualifications Strong background in construction accounting Advanced proficiency with Sage 300 (Timberline) and related ERP tools CPA preferred but not required Knowledge of GAAP and construction industry compliance standards Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr 100x Recruiting
