Full Time and Part Time shifts available.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to incoming phone calls, initiate outbound follow-up, and address inquiries through live chat and website submissions
- Use the electronic case management system to open new cases and schedule follow-up tasks when necessary
- Conduct meetings with individuals who visit in person to collect essential details for evaluating their eligibility based on the firm's criteria
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned
- To qualify for the Client Services Paralegal position at Harding Mazzotti, LLP in Albany, NY, US, you should have:
- A strong understanding of PC applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational skills to excel in this role.
- Problem-solving abilities are a must for this position.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
- The ability to multitask efficiently is a key requirement.
- Excellent phone etiquette is necessary for communicating professionally with clients.
- The ability to compassionately engage with claimants facing unfamiliar circumstances.
- A four-year degree
Monday to Friday 8:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Friday to Tuesday 8:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Part-time Shift:
Saturday 8:30 pm - 5:00 pm, Sunday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
