If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive experience. You will greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about vehicles. Mentorship programs, ongoing education, and even competitive bonuses are available to our service advisor. Responsibilities Greet customers as they arrive at Concourse Auto Service Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease Answer customer questions about service and maintenance.
