Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with specialized experience in telemetry to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac waveforms and vital signs to assess patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to cardiac alarms and emergency situations.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiac health and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with valid state credentials.
• Proven experience working in a telemetry or cardiovascular unit.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring equipment and protocols.
• Excellent assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
