Compensation: $80K-$100K base (negotiable based on experience)

What You'll Do
• Execute high-end finish carpentry across luxury residential and resort properties
• Install custom trim, crown molding, paneling, cabinetry details, and millwork
• Deliver precise, flawless finishes with zero gaps or imperfections
• Read blueprints and bring high-end design concepts to life
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and trades
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

What They're Looking For
• 5+ years of finish carpentry experience in high-end residential work
• Proven ability to deliver detailed, precision craftsmanship (portfolio preferred)
• Strong eye for detail, symmetry, and design
• Ability to work independently and at a high level
• Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work
• Own tools (hand tools, power tools, precision tools)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
