Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Staffing Pick your own shifts as a per diem Staffing CNA with UMC HomeWorks. Earn $24 to $28 an hour, plus shift differentials up to $4 more per hour for evenings, nights, and weekends. What You'll Do Fill in and provide coverage for open shifts you've agreed to Support residents with daily personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene Follow each resident's care plan and complete documentation accurately Make rounds to check on residents and provide consistent, individualized support Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment Build real relationships with residents while working alongside the care team What You'll Need Required: Active New Jersey CNA certification At least 6 months of experience in a long‑term care setting Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English 18 years of age or older Pay and Benefits $24.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment Shift differentials: $1.00/hour evenings, $2.00/hour nights, $4.00/hour weekends Full control over your schedule: choose day, evening, or night shifts as they're available Schedule Per diem. Day, evening, and night shifts available across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties, based on your availability.
