Call Center Representative

Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls while delivering excellent customer service Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction Build trust and maintain positive relationships through effective communication Provide accurate information using company tools and resources Meet customer service targets and call-handling expectations Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, following up when necessary Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account updates Adhere to company communication guidelines and best practices Take initiative to go above and beyond to enhance the customer experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Call Center experience Proven ability to exceed performance goals Strong phone communication and active listening skills Experience with CRM systems and customer service tools Ability to adapt to different customer needs and personalities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities Compensation & Schedule Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Commissions and Monthly Bonus Potential Available Shifts:

10 AM -7 PM

12PM – 9PM
