Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and explain details, making product suggestions to fit customer needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. You can work in any zone—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room or Stockroom—flexibly as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy. You are a team player and assist your teammates to get the job done. You act with integrity, adhering to AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Love interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Love AE and Aerie products. Have prior retail experience.
