Full-Time Associate DentistR.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring a Full-Time Associate Dentist. The mission-oriented practice seeks a Full-Time Associate Dentist. A large, multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist. As a Dentist, you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable, quality dental care.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality dental services with full support from an experienced clinical team.Utilize modern technologies including DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and Panorex units.Perform procedures using fiber-optic handpieces.Maintain compliance with annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.Work with a strong provider support structure: 1 Hygienist1 Hygiene Assistant2 Dental Assistants per providerTreat a patient base primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location.Manage daily office flow: 10–12 operative patients & 20–25 hygiene patients.Deliver care across a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.Participate in collaborative learning, mentorship, and professional development.What We OfferGuaranteed base pay exceeding $200K with uncapped earning potentialSign-on bonusStudent loan repayment assistanceNo lab feesFull-time benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, HSA/FSA optionsCompany-paid: Short- & Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance, Malpractice insurance401(k) retirement planPaid holidays and PTOContinuing Education reimbursementsCE opportunities through ADA C.E.R.P-accredited programsReimbursements for licenses, certifications, and professional dues (ADA, AAPD, etc.)Flexible scheduling to support work–life balanceVISA and Green Card sponsorship availableQualificationsDDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental programCurrent and valid dental license or eligibility for licensureRequired certifications: CPR, DEA, and others as applicableNitrous Oxide certification (required only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach to treating children and adults
