In this contract position, you’ll have the unique opportunity to serve 2-3 school sites, all while enjoying a primary workspace based out of the central office. The district utilizes a workload model that emphasizes quality intervention, ensuring your expertise is maximized and your time is valued.

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP licensure (CCC required)
• Previous experience or strong interest in the school setting
• Commitment to the workload model approach in service delivery
• Ability to work with diverse student populations across multiple sites
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience supervising or interest in supervising an SLPA is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech and language services for students in a variety of school environments
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and work collaboratively with educational teams and families
• Manage a dynamic clinical schedule across the assigned sites
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA if assigned
• Incorporate a workload-based approach, ensuring effective and equitable service
