Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team that puts people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, assisting with visitor processing, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts according to site procedures.
• Support a professional environment by remaining visible, answering questions, and helping to address security-related concerns from employees, customers, and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
