AAA is seeking a Lube Technician for our Hampton, VA Car Care Center - start your journey with us today!Our Lube Technicians perform minor repairs and lube services to automobiles, while working with Car Care Center personnel and company owned fleet.Primary Job Functions:Perform oil changes and lubrication services to automobiles.Perform tire repairs and installation services to automobiles.Perform any other minor repairs to automobiles as assigned by a Lead Tech or service writer, according to his/her abilities.Gain on the job experience in all areas of automotive repair and strive to obtain ASE Certifications and VA State Inspections License.Transporting members in company van to work or home.Picking up parts as neededAssist upper-level technicians as needed and for experience.Keep his/her work area clean and safe.Various miscellaneous duties as assigned by Lead Tech or management.Assists other level technicians as requested.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Work Experience: Minimum 1-year automotive tire, lube, or general repair experience or six months of auto trade school or other formalized training program.Safe Business Driving Requirements:Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hireThe starting pay range for this position is:$16.39 - $21.85Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.Remarkable benefits:Health coverage for medical, dental, vision401(K) saving plans with company match AND PensionTuition assistanceFloating holidays and PTO for community volunteer programsPaid parental leaveWellness programsEmployee discounts (membership, insurance, travel, entertainment, services and more!)Auto Club Enterprises is the largest club within the national AAA federation.
