Full-Time Physical Therapist

The role focuses on outpatient care with occasional inpatient duties, evaluating patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure a high standard of patient care and customer service

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• CPR/BLS certification required
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outpatient experience is a plus, but not required
