Benefits Daily pay Free telemedicine and virtual mental health care access for all associates starting day one Multiple health insurance and life insurance options 401(k) plan with company match Paid parental leave Paid time off Holiday pay Pet insurance Employee assistance program Schulte Savings marketplace discounts on event tickets, electronics, gym memberships, and more Job Duties and Responsibilities Audit the daily guest ledger Handle all end-of-day accounting functions, including posting daily room rates and room tax Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios Calculate sums of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments Act as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations, and resolving guest issues Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handling procedures Organize the front desk area so the AM front desk staff can properly prepare for their shift Monitor the hotel security camera system Ensure that the lobby is well‑maintained, properly lit, and that music is at an appropriate volume Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Perform any other duties as assigned Education and Experience Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or as a Night Auditor Knowledge of PMS High School Diploma or GED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to multi‑task Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Team player Ability to exceed guests’ expectations Basic accounting and math skills Compensation
