Job Description: LVN Must live within 50-55 miles from 1770 N. Orange Grove Ave, Pomona Family Practice Must be bilingual in Spanish & English Certifications required: BLS 2-3 years of outpatient clinic or urgent care experience Proficient in taking care of patients in a primary care or family medicine clinic, will consider specialty clinic experience, pediatric experience strongly recommended Proficiency in dispensing medications and providing care within the LVN scope of practice

Facility Expectations: Facility maintains a strict dress code. Candidates must comply with the following: No facial hair. No acrylic nails. No unnatural hair colors. All tattoos must be covered. No visible body piercings other than earrings. No facial or nose rings. Earrings may not extend beyond the earlobe or be hoop earrings. Modules Modules are completed during orientation and are factored into NBO. Average module time is 3-6 hours, though requirements vary by specialty. Module time is non-billable. Module completion is tracked on the facility report.
