Registered Nurse Med Surg $10,000 Sign On Bonus plus Relocation Bonus!!!

Only 1 year of work experience as a Licensed Registered Nurse Required!

Base Pay: $27.72–$36.30 per hour, depending on experience.

Experienced RN Rate: Up to approximately $39.60 per hour for candidates with 15+ years of applicable experience.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate  Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic acute-care hospital team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida . This opportunity is ideal for an RN who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Multiple shifts are available, with competitive hourly compensation, shift differentials, and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Schedule & Shifts

• Full-Time: Three 12-hour shifts per week

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekends: Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established clinical protocols.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

• Follow established infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards.

• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience .

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license .

• Candidates may hold either an applicable single-state license or qualifying multistate/compact RN license that permits practice in Florida.

• RN license must meet applicable credentialing and employment requirements.

• Ability to work three 12-hour shifts and participate in the rotating weekend schedule.

• Minimum of ASN or ADN

• BLS upon hire
