Master’s Clinician – Fee for Service (FFS) Location: Whitman Counseling Center Schedule: Fee for Service (Flexible Hybrid Schedule) Salary Range: $33–$38/hour FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Who We Are: BAMSI has been “bringing people and services together” since 1975. The Whitman Counseling Center is a community-based outpatient behavioral health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to underserved populations. What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to individuals seeking support for mental health, emotional, and life challenges. Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals Provide individual therapy services in-person and via telehealth Maintain a minimum of eight (8) client contact hours per week Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions Support individuals ages 5 and older in achieving treatment goals and improving overall well-being Care Coordination & Collaboration Collaborate with psychiatric providers, clinicians, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation Coordinate referrals and additional services when clinically appropriate Documentation & Compliance Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation Ensure compliance with BAMSI, DPH, DMH, CARF, and other regulatory standards Uphold ethical and professional standards of clinical practice What You Bring: Education & Licensure Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field required Must be eligible for independent licensure within two (2) years Skills & Qualifications Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Sensitivity to cultural diversity and commitment to inclusive care Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Strong time-management skills and ability to manage a flexible caseload Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team Why This Role Matters: As a Master’s Clinician at Whitman Counseling Center, you provide critical support and treatment to individuals and families navigating mental health challenges.
