Pick your shift at Thorne Crest: $19.00–$22.69/hr plus shift differential and holiday pay, with full-time and part-time options on days, evenings, or nights.

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Support each resident's individualized care plan
• Engage residents in social activities and community events
• Help residents maintain a healthy, active lifestyle
• Support residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition

What You'll Need (Required):

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (or eligible for registration)
• Able to read care plans, document resident condition, and communicate changes to the care team in English

Preferred:

• Prior experience in long-term care or senior living

Schedule:
Full-time and part-time available. Choose from:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Rotating weekends and holidays required.
