Location: Must be physically present at our clinic facility in Culpeper, VA 5-days per week.

The Behavior Doc , a pediatric applied behavior analysis (ABA) provider is seeking a hybrid administrative assistant and personal assistant to the company CEO. The administrative assistant would physically report to our Culpeper clinic location and perform several administrative and building level tasks to include the following:

- Answering phones, greeting patients
- On-boarding new clients seeking ABA therapy
- Employee/client scheduling
- Insurance submissions and authorizations
- Daily cleaning and general maintenance of the facility
- Ordering of materials/supplies for the facility
- Running errands: Walmart, USPS, Starbucks, etc.

Additionally, the employee would offer personal assistant services to the company CEO to include the following:
- Phone calls/meeting on the behalf of the CEO
- Scheduling meetings/business calls
- Running personal errands: groceries, dry cleaning, returns, etc.
- Making travel arrangements and reservations

Additional compensation/opportunity available should the assistant be open to petsitting for a Boston Terrier puppy (Not Required).

The administrative assistant would have their own office space, office phone, and Apple iMac computer.

Hours: 8:00-5:00pm M-Th, 8:00-4:00pm F

Job Qualifications

• Education: GED or High-School equivalent required; some college preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and active Driver's License
