Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in LA, BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Emergency Room or relevant acute care

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced ER environment
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Delegate tasks and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance

What You Need

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of ER or acute care experience
Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle occupational risks associated with healthcare environments

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing
Certification in clinical specialty areas
Additional relevant certifications or training
