For we are looking for you as location Humboldt, TN Quality Manager What awaits you : You will provide leadership and direction for the Quality department while translating the company’s quality strategy into clear priorities and actionsYou will lead quality planning by identifying process risks, establishing countermeasures, and developing effective inspection, sampling, testing, and evaluation methodsYou will partner with production to investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement sustainable solutions using standardized quality methodsYou will evaluate inspection results and quality concerns, monitor key performance indicators, and use trends to identify improvement prioritiesYou will strengthen supplier quality, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirements What you bring to the table: You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, or a combination of education and relevant engineering experienceYou have at least three years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership roleYou have advanced knowledge of quality engineering, production support, root cause analysis, and standardized problem-solving methodsYou have experience with Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 requirements, supplier development, and quality performance reportingYou are an effective communicator and leader who works independently, builds credibility, remains composed, and collaborates successfully across teams We are looking forward to receiving your application.
