Materials Handler/Driver (Full Time)
Location: Waite Park, MN WACOSA is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Full-Time Materials Handler/Driver on 1st shift in Waite Park.
The Materials Handler/Driver will be responsible for receiving product and supplies, operating forklifts and pallet jacks as well as operating a cube truck. This position will also support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Pay:$18.75 - $20.80 per hour What We Offer:

- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production area
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cube truck
- Maintain accurate inventory and complete documentation
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure workflow efficiency
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
- One years experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience required.
- Experience driving forklift preferred.
- Must be 20 years of age or older, possess a valid MN Drivers License and insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
