Senior Associate Scientist

Job Overview Zoetis, Inc. is seeking a scientist to create and characterize stable mammalian cell lines expressing therapeutic molecules of interest that are suitable for the manufacture of clinical supplies and commercial products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibilities Represent CLD on project teams to communicate progress, provide subject‑matter expertise, and adhere to project timelines. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and approaches that increase the quality and efficiency of the CLD workflow. Maintain detailed and accurate electronic laboratory notebooks and records in alignment with scientific protocols and applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Author study reports that describe cell line lineages and contribute to dossiers that support regulatory filings for new products. Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills to engage in multiple projects concurrently. Qualifications Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in one of these areas and at least 2 years of experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience with GMP‑aligned laboratory practices and documentation.
