Customer Care Specialist

Position Type: Very Part-Time
Schedule: Sundays & Mondays (Required)
Additional Hours: Occasional fill-in shifts for call-offs, vacations, or other scheduling needs.

We are a family-owned pet store dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping pet owners find the products and support their needs. We value reliability, kindness, and a genuine love for animals.

We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Customer Care Specialist to answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service. This role is perfect for someone seeking a consistent, part-time schedule with occasional opportunities for additional hours.

Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and courteously.
Assist customers with product questions, store information, and general inquiries.
Help resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Accurately document customer requests and follow up when needed.
The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys talking with people, communicates clearly, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
