Position Type: Very Part-Time
Schedule: Sundays & Mondays (Required)
Additional Hours: Occasional fill-in shifts for call-offs, vacations, or other scheduling needs.
We are a family-owned pet store dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping pet owners find the products and support their needs. We value reliability, kindness, and a genuine love for animals.
We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Customer Care Specialist to answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service. This role is perfect for someone seeking a consistent, part-time schedule with occasional opportunities for additional hours.
- Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers with product questions, store information, and general inquiries.
- Help resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer requests and follow up when needed.
- The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys talking with people, communicates clearly, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
