Job Description Job Summary:
Perform semiskilled work operating a variety of extrusion equipment, operations include setting up machine base on production orders, maintain production quality, obtain samples for quality control, labeling, and packing of finished products. Essential Functions:
Perform semiskilled work operating a variety of extrusion equipment, operations include setting up machine base on production orders, maintain production quality, obtain samples for quality control, labeling, and packing of finished products. Essential Functions:
- Check operating controls and safety of equipment prior to operation.
- Perform the duty of setting up machine base on production orders.
- Monitor material quality for any defects and adjust machine parameters as needed.
- Label and pack finished products as it is produced on the machine per work order instructions.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
- Must comply with OHSA safety standards when performing job duties.
- Must be able to wear respirator to perform machine setup.
- Must be able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
- Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with other co-workers.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.
