Description The Orthopedic Clinic Surgery Center is a growing, state-of-the-art, Ambulatory Surgery Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Our team of ten Surgeons, ten Mid-Level Providers and our dynamic clinical team are dedicated to providing compassionate and cutting-edge orthopedic care. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Certified Scrub Technologist to join our lively team. This position involves daytime shift work; no weekends, no holidays, no call! Responsibilities As the Certified Scrub Technologist , you will be responsible for safe handling of the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. You will be expected to have an understanding of the procedure being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. You must have the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and be constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field. Requirements Must have completed an accredited surgical technology program Must hold a valid CST, NRST, or TS-C credential Current American Heart BLS certification Must have a high school diploma or GED #J-18808-Ljbffr
