Position Summary

The Aircraft Fueler at the Dallas Airport safely and efficiently fuels commercialaircraftwhile ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This roleoperatesfueling equipment performs inspections records fuel data and coordinates with team members to help ensure on-time airport operations. It is a physically active outdoor position that emphasizes safety reliability and teamwork.

Essential Responsibilities

• Performaircraftfueling and servicingin accordance withestablished safety procedures using fueling and ground service equipment
• Communicate effectively with dispatch team members and other airport personnel to coordinate safe and efficient operations
• Accurately record fueling and fuel dispensing data using company-provided handheld devices
• Document flight-related information including destination and flight number asrequired
• Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment including fueling carts and related tools
• Operate and handle fueling hoses carts and associated equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform other duties as assigned tomeetoperational needs

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess andmaintaina valid U.S. drivers license with an acceptable motor vehicle recordin accordance withcompany standards
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability tomaintainreliable transportation to and from the assigned work location
• Availability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed
• Ability tomaintainregular and reliable attendance
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and applicable background checks including federal fingerprintingin accordance withregulatory requirements
• Ability to access all areas of the airport necessary to perform job duties including secured areas in compliance with airport and federal regulations
• Ability to obtain andmaintainany required government security clearance; employment is contingent upon successful completion of all applicable background checks and clearance requirements asdeterminedby the contracting agency

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to address routine operational challenges
• Basic mathematicalproficiency
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating instructions maintenance guidelines and procedural manuals

This position requires sustained physical effort and consistent exposure to outdoor and potentiallyhazardouswork environments. • Perform repetitive physical movements including bending at the waist and knees and sustaining awkward or physically demanding positions
• Capable of climbing and standing on step ladders while performing overhead work such as connecting fueling hoses

Manual Dexterity

• Use hands and fingers to handle feel grip and operate tools equipment and controls
