Senior HVAC Service Specialist – Lead Technical Operations and Client Solutions
Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $40 to $50 per hour plus Commission.

You will serve as a premier technical authority within our Field Operations team, tackling the most complex mechanical challenges. This role offers the stability of a family-owned company with over 70 years of history and a non-private equity business model. You will have the autonomy to drive high-level service outcomes while earning significant additional income through a performance-based commission structure.

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures in gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and light-commercial rooftop units.
• Consult with residential and commercial clients to provide expert repair and replacement options that improve system efficiency.
• Execute precision maintenance and performance evaluations to ensure maximum reliability for our long-term customer base.
• Manage on-site project logistics while traveling to various client locations.
• Document detailed technical findings and parts requirements using digital service software to ensure seamless team coordination.
• Maintain a professional appearance and job site environment that reflects our company’s 70-year reputation for excellence.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on HVAC service experience specifically with residential and light-commercial systems.
• Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting low and high-voltage electrical systems and refrigeration cycles.
• Proven ability to operate independently and make critical technical decisions without direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate a company-provided service vehicle.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical mechanical issues to non-technical customers.

• Over 15 years of related work experience in the HVAC or mechanical trade.
• Prior experience in an HVAC Installer role to provide a comprehensive understanding of system design and airflow.
• Background in plumbing, refrigeration, or construction to assist with diverse mechanical service calls.
