Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days (4x10) Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 3+ years License: Current Arkansas Licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Must have CVOR and Vascular OR experience. Description: Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with hospital policy and procedure. Follows all nursing division standards of practice and regulatory agency requirements. Completes patient assessment and develops plan of care in collaboration with the surgical team. Documents nursing interventions and treatments along with patient response. Anticipates needs of the surgical team by correctly assembling needed supplies for each procedure according to surgeon preference. Recognizes potential problems and abnormal findings and communicates them to the appropriate team member. Documents perioperative data accurately and appropriately.
