Receptionist/Cashier - Part Time (Maplewood)

Part Time Opportunity This is a part time opportunity to join our team, with evening hours between 2:00pm-8:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) 2:00-6:00 PM (Friday) 8:00-5:00 PM (Every other Saturday). This position will serve the Sales, Parts, Service and Body Shop Departments and must be able to work independently. Responsibilities: Operate switchboard telephone system Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries Scanning of documents from the various departments Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Update spreadsheets as needed Document License Plate and fuel transactions Assist with making sales folders Assist Controller with any misc office duties Requirements: Excellent communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office suite Organized and able to follow directions Cash Handling Experience Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
