Per Diem shifts available M-F 6:00am-9:00am or 3:00pm-6:00pm Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.

About the Role: Van Driver
- Transport participants to and from the Adult Day Program in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain and complete accurate and thorough service documentation.
- Provide direct supervision of individuals to ensure their health and safety while loading/unloading the vehicles and while being transported.
- Adequately conduct inspections of the vehicles as prescribed.
- Ensure that vehicles are generally maintained in a clean manner.
- Report any vehicle concerns in accordance with agency procedures.

What are the requirements?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Professional experience providing transportation services to children or adults with disabilities preferred.
- Valid FL driver's license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
