Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Float Between Alameda & Park Bridge | Alameda, CA
Location: Alameda, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Float Position

Position Summary

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support therapy services across two locations— Alameda and Park Bridge . This is a dynamic float position ideal for a motivated PTA who enjoys flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to supervising PTs

• Help patients improve strength, mobility, and function

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Travel between Alameda and Park Bridge locations as needed

• Support a patient-centered approach to care in both facilities

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation for commuting between sites

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
