R10095471 CDL B Driver (Local) (Open) Location: Charleston, SC Responsibilities Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections. Load and unload the truck daily with gas cylinders and supplies. Nurture courteous and professional relationships with customers. Support deliveries in a timely manner. Safely secure and unsecure cylinders. Complete deliveries on customer property sites using a hand cart; this position emphasizes a physically active and hands‑on nature. Frequent entry and exit of the vehicle. Review a day‑in‑the‑life video. Required Qualifications Valid Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT (or able to obtain within 60 days from hire date) and Airbrake endorsements. Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card & endorsements. No more than two traffic convictions, or two at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years, or a combination of one conviction and one accident. No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last 7 years. Must be able to work in a drug‑free environment. Be able to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with material handling equipment. Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months.
