Responsibilities As a healthcare professional in a clinical setting (Hospital), you'll provide expert bedside nursing care while supporting safe, high-quality outcomes. Deliver specialized care to patients across acute and subacute units as an RN (MedSurg), ensuring compassionate, patient-centered treatment. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document outcomes using MedSurg nursing standards and clinical documentation best practices.
