We are looking for a veteran estimating leader to join our Dallas, TX team. You will run the preconstruction department for large-scale commercial mechanical projects, ensuring our bids are sharp and our team is growing.

- Develop a top-tier estimating team that can handle the region's expanding project load.
- Refine preconstruction workflows to make transitions from bidding to the field seamless.
- Provide strategic pricing insights that help the company win the right work.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire estimating department and manage the day-to-day workflow.
- Lead the bidding process for major mechanical projects from start to finish.
- Review project specs and drawings to define a clear scope of work.
- Maintain and update estimating standards, templates, and cost databases.
- Work closely with field teams to ensure a smooth hand-off and buyout process.
- Analyze past project data to keep our labor and material pricing accurate.
- Present bid packages clearly to clients and project owners.
- Mentor the next generation of estimators to build a stronger bench.
