Joining Accenture Consulting means you will learn, innovate and lead, and together we will improve the way the world works and lives.As a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice, you will be responsible for:Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiativesFacilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate the business and technology at the strategic levelManaging large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within AccentureInteracting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant mattersInitiating and leading business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clientsSupporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry, bringing original thought and recommendation to industry leadersBusiness development, interacting with clients and prospects to bring Accenture's value to client growth and innovationQualifications:10+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry (i.e., product, distributions, operations, investment technology, etc.)Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in the asset management industryEstablished relationships with leaders across the Asset Management industryExperience building relationships with key clients through delivery and position to expand client footprintExperience managing a team between 2-10 people on client facing engagementsStrong communication skills and attention to detailPrevious management consulting, program management, business advisory experience a plusAlternatives, private investment, or sales distribution expertise a plusBachelor's degree required, CPA and/or MBA a plusProfessional Skill Requirements:Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environmentAbility to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentDesire to work in an information systems environmentExcellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
