Senior Business AnalystMELE Associates, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Office of Personnel and Facility Clearances and Classification (OPFCC), NA-74. The OPFCC is responsible for implementing all Department of Energy (DOE) personnel security and facility clearance requirements for all National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) field sites. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award.Essential Functions:Facilitate process management and communications for NA-74 and other DOE users to coordinate product demonstrations, Sprint planning, work item triage, prioritizationGather requirements for work itemsEnsure requirements and acceptance criteria are well known to the teamPreparation of business requirement documents as directedMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related fieldMinimum two (2) years of experience working on a cross functional software team.
